  • How do I make an appointment?

    Simple, just go to select your Service, your Location and check the best time for you.
    We’ll receive your request and approve in short time.

  • How do I reschedule an appointment?

    You are going to see in the Confirmation Email that you received after your request is approved a Cancel/Reschedule link. Just click in there and choose a new time on the website.

  • Can I book for more than one dog?

    Sure! But please make two separate bookings, so we can keep track.

  • How about making a frequent schedule? Year schedule?

    That’s actually advised to our clients, because when you book a year calendar you make sure you are saving your spot on our calendar.
    We also give a discount for year bookings in you pay in advance. Check out here on the Promotion and Discount Page

  • How I can pay for the services?

    You accept all types of payments. Money, check and online payments via PayPal, so you can use any debit or credit card.
    You will see a Payment screen after your booking request is submitted. You can proceed if you want to pay online or just close the window if you want to pay direct to the groomer.
